Called Omega out on a Saturday morning to unblock drain. They arrived in thirty minutes. Unblocked drain and disinfected area. Fantastic service and reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I called Omega Drains at 6.30pm on a Friday night and by 7pm they had arrived and worked tirelessly to solve my blockage. Irina and Artur are such a professional and kind team, they wouldn't stop working until they'd sourced the problem and managed to resolve it for me.
Out of 20 companies I contacted Omega were one of only two who answered the phone to me, the speed and professionalism is unmatched- definitely recommend them!

Great service. Contacted at around 10am about a blocked drain and they were here just before 4pm. Really polite, explained what they were doing and sorted the issue in less than an hour.

Had a problem with a shower drain and called Omega Drains. They arrived a couple of hours later and solved the problem. Such lovely people to deal with.

I highly recommend this father and son team - their van was clean, they were smartly dressed, polite and turned up at the exact time they said they would today in Harrogate. I’m leaving a review because they deserve it not because they asked. They unblocked the issue, made sure everything was ok and cleaned up properly and unlike many in this industry they did it with a smile! Thank you.

Arthur and Alex were fantastic. Very professional and curious. The arrived the morning I phoned and not only sorted the immediate problem but sorted the long term issue of roots in the drain. And at a very reasonable cost. Thanks so much guys if I could give you 6 stars I would. Cheers Lee. 👍🏼👍🏼
